Shopify, Shopify Payments, and processing by external providers
Our shop is operated using Shopify. Online payment may be processed by Shopify Payments. Shopify and Shopify Payments receive and process the information needed to provide their services, under their own privacy policies.
We may also entrust limited processing to providers who help us operate the site, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, produce statistics, or meet our obligations. We provide them only with the information necessary for the service concerned.
Processing outside Québec
Shopify, Shopify Payments, or other external providers may process or store personal information outside Québec or Canada. In that case, the information may be subject to the laws of the territory where it is processed. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers protect the information entrusted to them.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure it operates properly, including the cart and session, remember certain preferences, protect the site, and understand its use. You can configure your browser to refuse or delete certain cookies; some shop features may then not work properly.

Retention
We retain personal information only for the time necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. At the end of that period, we destroy or anonymize it in accordance with applicable requirements. Newsletter information is retained until consent is withdrawn, subject to the information needed to honour that withdrawal.
